★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people really should not be working in service. Duncan is one of them. The toilet payment didn’t work for neither of my cards and Duncan advised me in a very unfriendly tone to change cash with his colleague. No one was there and in the end I found a place to change my note into coins. When I got back to the toilet the payment system also didn’t work with the coins. Instead of helping Duncan yelled at me that he is helping and left again. My entire attempt to go to the toilet took almost 20mins with two little kids and an angry husband in the car as an outcome. If your systems don’t work at least your staff should be capable and friendly not arrogant and useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When designing and building this gas station shop no one used their brain. Getting something from the deli to go means you have to line up, order, then line up to pay and then get your order. Coffee machine NFC doesn’t work. .30€ for sauce on your curry roll. .50€ for the toilet (can use it to pay though...)
