Very hard to reach customer service as you cannot get hold of them by email and when you call them I had to wait more than 1hour for them to answer me. I sent them the screenshot of my phone waiting that long. The reason I was calling is because they have applied wrong rates from the provider and charged me very high rates.

Well, I am heading for my 3rd unit in 3 months. The first one was installed with the wrong RCD. For clarity, the instructions specified one type of RCD and the contract with the installer was for a cheaper on. Seems that the contract and the installation instructions didnt match. The RCD was only nusance tripping so it was usable for most of the 3 weeks it took to resolve, but then the unit errored (Light went RED). I called support and they raise a ticket - very helpful. Then the unit was on backorder(?). My first one was serial number 21 and the second one was 543. I guess they are made by elves...slowly. The new one had a different circuit board than the first one so it should be "new & improved". It seemed to work fine for another month. Last night it quit charging and the red light came back. Reboot, Reset, Call support.....Maybe the next one will last. Perhaps I should order 2 so that I have a spare in reserve. I get lots of appologies and 'we should be better', but the light still goes red after a month or so. (Oh and it stays red when it isnt plugged in to anything. I guess the reset button is faulty.) Personally, for what I paid in time and effort you would think they would offer some compensation. But you can only reach Customer Service 24/7 ("Hi... I am sorry...I will raise a ticket with technical support...who arent in")

Installed the EV charging station from NewMotion. The installation seems to be perfect. The people for installation were super nice and helpful as well. They arrived at the designated time and completed the work without any hassle. Now I just need to change the supply to 3 Phase and use the station for charging. I hope there are no issues in that.
