S	Stijn Nijkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat is het hier slecht zeg de broodjes zijn niet te eten. Het toilet is zo vies en ranzig en de medewerkers zijn ook nog eens super onvriendelijk. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug en dat noemt zich een tankstation. How bad it is here say the sandwiches are not eatable. The toilet is so dirty and rancid and the employees are also super unfriendly. I will never come back here and it calls itself a gas station.
M	Marcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijn tankstation alles erop en eraan. Personeel altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bakery is top met veel variatie en altijd vers. Compleet waspark waarbij je zelfs je auto gratis kan stofzuigen en je auto gratis kan laten drogen. Normaliter kan je gebruik maken van de toilet maar sinds corona (nu ruim een jaar) is deze gesloten zoals ik begreep zal deze zodra het weer verantwoord is open gaan al met al een toplocatie voor elk wat wils. Very nice gas station all the trimmings. Staff always friendly and helpful. Bakery is top notch with a lot of variety and always fresh. Complete car wash where you can even vacuum your car for free and let your car dry for free. Normally you can use the toilet but since corona (now more than a year) it is closed as I understood it will open again as soon as it is responsibly again, all in all, a prime location for everyone.
G	Goo Lokko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aangevallen door een medewerker om 04:40. 22februari 2021 hij begon helemaal te trillen en schreeuwen omdat ik een sandwich liet vallen en een andere pakte, hij weet dondersgoed dat dat perongeluk ging , hij is gefrustreerd omdat hij oud is en minimumloon heeft en dan ziet die 2 jonge succesvolle mensen met nieuwe audi’s en word die boos?? je moet boos zijn op jezelf dat je je kansen voorbij liet gaan en nu op je 50e in een tankstation werkt. Ik heb al klachten ingediend bij Shell en mijn ervaring gedeeld met 1000e andere op social media: jullie 3.7 sterren zijn gezakt naar 2.5 na dit incident. Als iemand moet tanken en die ziet een tankstation met 2.5 sterren en eentje met 4.5 dan gaan ze naar jullie concurrent, dit zal alleen maar door gaan als jullie zulke gefrustreerde mannetjes laten werken voor jullie. Attacked by an employee at 4:40 AM. February 22, 2021 he started shaking all over and screaming because I dropped a sandwich and grabbed another, he knows very well that it happened by accident, he is frustrated because he is old and has minimum wage and then sees 2 young successful people with new audis and get that mad you must be mad at yourself for letting go of your chances and now working at a gas station at 50. I have already filed complaints with Shell and shared my experience with 1000th others on social media: your 3.7 stars have dropped to 2.5 after this incident. If someone has to fill up and sees a gas station with 2.5 stars and one with 4.5 then they go to your competitor, this will only continue if you let such frustrated guys work for you.

Alles was hier aanwezig lampjes, plaats om te parkeren, empathisch personeel en ook nog gratis stofzuigen. Zo Will je vaker panne hebben Friendly staff. I had to fix the lights on my trailer. Everything was there, lights, space to park, empathetic staff and also free vacuuming. So you will have more frequent breakdowns
J	Jezmi Aldogan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een klote service. Nooit meer Shell!!! Startkabel gekocht met pin voor 20,- euro. Startkabel is prut kwaliteit en het grappige is dat het niet eens heeft gewerkt. Kassamedewerker heeft geweigerd de startkabel met bon terug te nemen, omdat het ten eerste uit de tas is gehaald en ten tweede niet weet wat er mee is gebeurd. WAT MOET ER ANDERS DAN EEN MOTOR STARTEN MET EEN STARTKABEL GEBEUREN??? Ik moet toch ook eerst iets kopen en gebruiken om te weten of het werkt of niet. Wettelijk heb ik zelfs het recht om mijn geld terug te krijgen, maar met die man daar kon je niet eens normaal een gesprek voeren. Ik kon van hem na kerst nog terug komen en met de manager erover praten. Ja dag!! heen en weer rijden kost mij meer geld dan dat ik terug zou moeten krijgen. Zelfs de Action verkoopt voor goedkoper en beter kwaliteit startkabels. Nooit meer tanken en wassen daar. Dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik hoop dat de Shell daar binnenkort ook wel BP wordt. Zij hebben ten minste wel een goeie service en betere brandstofprijzen. What a shitty service. Never again Shell!!! Starter cable bought with pin for 20 euros. Jumper cable is crap quality and the funny thing is it didn't even work. Cashier has refused to take back the jumper cable with receipt, because firstly it has been taken out of the bag and secondly does not know what happened to it. WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN OTHER THAN STARTING A ENGINE WITH A STARTER CABLE??? I have to buy and use something first to know if it works or not. Legally I even have the right to get my money back, but you couldn't even have a normal conversation with that man there. He told me I could come back after Christmas and talk to the manager about it. Yeah bye!! driving back and forth costs me more money than I should get back. Even the Action sells for cheaper and better quality jumper cables. No more refueling and washing there. Never experienced this. I hope that Shell will soon become BP there as well. At least they have good service and better fuel prices.
