β β β β β Gisteren avond schandalig behandeld door een vrouwelijke medewerkster. Ik parkeerde om te tanken en gooide een flesje en papiertje in de prullenbak naast de tank. Eenmaal binnen bij het afrekenen begint de medewerkster te zeggen dat ik niks in de prullenbak mag gooien. Ik vraag waarom niet, daar is de prullenbak toch voor. Krijg als antwoord dat ik thuis maar dingen weg moet gooien. Ik geef aan het vreemd te vinden en zeg dat dit de laatste keer is dat ik hier tank. De medewerkster zegt dat ze dat goed vind en dat ik voortaan maar ergens anders moet tanken. Ik vind het zeer vreemd en ga hier zeker nooit meer tanken. Heb telefonisch een klacht in gediend, hopelijk doen ze er wat mee. Zo een iemand wil je zeker niet in dienst hebben
 Shamefully treated by a female employee yesterday evening. I parked to refuel and threw a bottle and paper into the trash can next to the tank. Once inside at the checkout, the employee starts to say that I cannot throw anything in the trash. I ask why not, that's what the trash can is for. My answer is that I should throw things away at home. I indicate that I find it strange and say that this is the last time I tank here. The employee says that she is okay with that and that from now on I should refuel somewhere else. I find it very strange and will certainly never refuel here again. Have filed a complaint by phone, hopefully they do something with it. You certainly do not want to employ someone like that

β β β β β Quite good Shell station. Prices are okay, and there are two kind of wash stations. One is a manual Jetwash, the other one is an automatic Washstation. Both are very good, the Jetwash is one of the cheapest option in Enschede and you can pay for it with debit card too. Recommended!
