Ze helpt je inzicht te krijgen in jezelf en geeft je de nodige tools om zelf je problemen op te lossen. Altijd een aanpak op maat dus! Na enige oefening kun je hier zelf mee verder, dus loop je later weer tegen andere issues aan, dan kun je die zelf aanpakken. Niet altijd makkelijk, maar wel een prachtige ervaring. Ik heb me nooit zo sterk gevoeld. Christel receives you in a homely atmosphere, which immediately creates a familiar feeling. It helps you to gain insight into yourself and gives you the necessary tools to solve your problems yourself. Always a customized approach! After some practice, you can continue with this yourself, so if you run into other issues later, you can tackle them yourself. Not always easy, but a wonderful experience. I've never felt so strong.

Ik dacht dat ik met 1 cruciaal probleem bij haar zou komen wat mij als ondernemer belemmerde in mijn zichtbaarheid. Op een ontspannen professonele manier vraagt Christel door op de pijnpunten die je (onbewust) zelf aangeeft. Ik ga nu met zo veel meer ontspanning door het leven. Niet alleen voor mijn onderneming, maar ook in mijn privésfeer is er zo veel rust gekomen. De ligging van Christel haar praktijk geeft rust, waardoor je ook op een ontspannen manier in gesprek gaat. Er is een hele fijne sfeer. Christel has helped me very well in a very short time, what a professional she is. I thought I would come to her with 1 crucial problem that hindered my visibility as an entrepreneur. In a relaxed professional way, Christel asks questions about the pain points that you (unconsciously) indicate yourself. I now go through life with so much more relaxation. Not only for my company, but also in my private sphere, there has been so much peace. The location of Christel's practice provides peace of mind, so that you can also start a conversation in a relaxed way. There is a very nice atmosphere.

It’s a novel way of looking at how your brain works, and for me, it was incredibly enlightening. I had a few ‘eureka’ moments of – “oh, that’s what that was!” At first, I was a little sceptical of the course, but it makes so much sense, and the course was built in such a logical way that each part perfectly built on the last. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris. Her support and insight throughout this course are invaluable. The group sessions are also a fantastic tool to remind you that you’re not the only one struggling with certain things, and they help keep you on track. I would highly encourage anybody to take this course. It is more than worth the cost.

I was a little hesitant about the course, but in the hindsight it was a great mental health decision. The knowledge and support I had access to was fantastic, not just from Chris, but also from other course participants. The course has a perfect balance of accountability, freedom, and flexibility, and gave me knowledge and practical skills I can carry through and apply to my life for the foreseeable future.
