Altijd een kopje koffie ( ook als je niets koopt) en helpen je goed met kiezen. Zeggen het ook als het niet leuk staat.
Maar laten je ook zelf kijken en zitten niet op he huid.

Shoeby behoort tot een keten, maar het is toch geen alledaagse kleding zaak, zoals dat bij een keten van een groot aantal zaken vaak het geval is. Het is niet direct een boutique, maar je vindt er toch speciale kleding. En ja, kleding waar je niet iedereen in ziet, kost nu eenmaal wat meer en in ieder geval is het wel kwaliteitskleding, kan uiteraard ook kapot, maar je scheurt het niet zo maar in stukken. Wil je geholpen worden, er is vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De zaak is netjes en ruim en voor de deur of ernaast/erachter kan je parkeren, gratis. Ruim zesendertig jaar geleden (1981) openden John en Mieke van Deursen de eerste Shoeby winkel in Den Bosch. Wat op zeventig vierkante meter begon is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot ongeveer 230 winkels en een eigen webshop. Dit terwijl de centrale gedachte altijd onveranderd is gebleven: Shoeby staat voor ongelooflijk veel persoonlijke aandacht en service, gezellige winkels op strategische locaties en een trendy collectie in een herkenbaar handschrift voor het middensegment.

More than thirty-six years ago (1981) John and Mieke van Deursen opened the first Shoeby store in Den Bosch. What started on seventy square meters has now grown to approximately 230 stores and its own webshop. This while the central idea has always remained unchanged: Shoeby stands for an incredible amount of personal attention and service, cozy shops in strategic locations and a trendy collection in a recognizable signature for the middle segment.
