Gezellige verlichting in de Kersttijd.
Bijzonder concept is " uwwinkeltje",waar je per dag of per week een plank of kast kunt huren,om als particulier spullen te verkopen. Verder geen commissie o.i.d. De "Virtuele marktplaats " noemt men het.
Tot 11.30 u met de auto toegankelijk,daarna promenade.
Parkeren 5€ per uur!

A special concept is "your shop", where you can rent a shelf or cupboard per day or per week, to sell items as a private person. No commission or the like. It is called the "Virtual Marketplace".
Accessible by car until 11.30am, then promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look beyond the Scheveningen-boulevard and head to "real Scheveningen" in the old village. This low-key shopping street lies just behind the boulevard and has some local shops (clothes shops, bakeries etc.) combined with bigger chain stores (HEMA, Blokker, AH). There are also plenty of bars and restaurants which give the street a lively atmosphere in the summer months. Good place to for tourists to mix with the locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the local sewers. The store was handled by 2 women. They gave a 160 euro pants to "another customer" and had no clue how to get it back. When we asked for a refund, they requested a receipt and even told us that "these pants could be bought with a discount", even saying "to go to the bank to find a solution ourselves" for their mistake. Had to go through a nightmare for a receipt. This was their mistake and they were extremely rude and even mentioned that they didn't want to refund the full price.
Stay away! They are unorganized and possibly steal expensive clothes.
Their reply was "the world has so many problems, these pants are the least of ours".
Unprofessional!
