★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dated. Part of this center was demolished after a structural failure which was caused by older mine shafts, that are everywhere in this area, collapsed. The typical main chains as in other centers. Notable exception is a specialty carneval store with accessories, wigs, customes and other carneval galore.
