โ โ โ โ โ Don't trust their delivery times. I've been waiting already one month for my order to arrive and now it is delayed by 2 weeks, if I wouldn't have called them myself they wouldn't have even notified me that it is late. Now I have workers starting the bathroom and they are not able to finish, which is causing me financial damage. Guess what they dont care about that. Bad service and last time I'm ordering something with this company!

โ โ โ โ โ They are playing the 'tiny letters' game. I ordered a WC from the website. Upon opening of the package it appeared that it was broken. I called the customer service immediately. The customer service said I need to fill in a form from their website. I did that a few days later. However then they said that it should be done within 48 hours.... It is not an honest practice.
Updated :
After some explanation and discussion they promise to send a new replacement WC...

โ โ โ โ โ Instead of 2-3 working days delivery time, it took 6 weeks to deliver my toilet and 4 weeks for 2 watertaps.
In the time between, I was not updated or even informed on the delay or reasoning for delay. It completely missed up my building schedule.
After two weeks no update/no delivery I contacted them by email..
where is my order? short reply, still take two weeks(!).. without any other words..
but it took much longer..and I can have compassion if this was deu to corona/covid.. but no words or note at their website or during the order, about potential delay..
In the mean the products on the website are and where still advertised as delivery time 2-3 working days.. (like all their good, that is BS/fake)
If I had known upfront about the long delivery time, I could make a better informed decision where/when and if to order at douche-concurrent.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible customer service, completely disrespectful of customers. I ordered an item (toilet set) in February, being aware that the delivery time indicated on their website was 2 to 4 weeks. Now it is 8th week and no item has arrived. I called the customer service FOUR times, I was promised that they will deliver order partially, with tracking number sent to me the next day. Unfortunately nothing happened.
They are very quick taking your money from you and then they don't care about informing you about delays. Then, when you finally call them, they promise you to resolve the situation - then they do absolutely nothing. Beware of this company: they are dishonest, disrespectful, and they lie about their stock.
