β β β β β Helaas kan ik er geen 0 ster van maken. Ik en mijn vriendin hebben ruim van te voren gereserveerd en bevestiging gehad voor 13.00 uur. Toen we er aankwamen liep het 10 min uit ivm andere klanten, 10 min werd 30 min en na 45 min wachten zijn we weg gegaan. Mede omdat er niemand bij de balie zit om te vragen waarom het zo lang duurt. Slechte service en slechte communicatie! Geen aanrader als je nog andere afspraken hebt die dag!
 Unfortunately I can't make it 0 star. Me and my girlfriend made a reservation well in advance and had confirmation before 1pm. When we arrived it ran 10 minutes late because of other customers, 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes and after 45 minutes of waiting we left. Partly because there is no one at the counter to ask why it is taking so long. Bad service and bad communication! Not recommended if you have other appointments that day!

β β β β β We kwamen binnen en hadden een paar dagen ervoor gereserveerd. Echter bleek bij binnenkomst dat, verrassing, we toch niet op de lijst stonden. "Wanneer hadden we geboekt?" vroegen de dames die bij een massage weg waren gelopen ons te woord te staan. Het was de schuld van haar collega's en mijn klacht kon ik via een mailtje duidelijk maken. Want een oplossing kon ze niet bieden. En ik kon beter via email reserveren.
Dit alles was echter voor ons geen verrassing. Want dit was niet de enige keer dat het zo is verlopen. We hebben dit inmiddels al een keer of 5 bijna exact zo meegemaakt. Toen werd ons echter verteld dat we juist beter konden bellen dan hun website te gebruiken (een website die is ingericht voor het reserveren van massages)...
Verder word er regelmatig veel gekletst tijdens de massages die we wel gehad hebben, de telefoon word tussendoor opgenomen en deur word open gedaan. En de dames spreken vaak slecht Nederlands of Engels. (Mogelijk gaat het reserveren daar dan ook mis, maar dat lijkt niet hun probleem te zijn. Maar het probleem van jou als klant.)
De massages variΓ«ren van kwaliteit. En in de goede handen is het het voor ons wel de moeite geweest. Maar deze laatste keer ging echt te ver.
We came in and made a reservation a few days before. However, upon entering, it turned out that, surprisingly, we were not on the list after all. "When did we book?" asked the ladies who had walked away from a massage to speak to us. It was the fault of her colleagues and I was able to make my complaint clear via an email. Because she couldn't offer a solution. And I was better off booking by email.
However, all this was no surprise to us. Because this wasn't the only time it happened that way. We have already experienced this almost exactly 5 times. However, we were then told that it was better to call than to use their website (a website that is set up for booking massages)...
Furthermore, there is regularly a lot of chatter during the massages that we have had, the telephone is answered in between and the door is opened. And the ladies often speak bad Dutch or English. (The reservation may also go wrong there, but that doesn't seem to be their problem. But your problem as a customer.)
The massages vary in quality. And in the right hands, it has been worth it for us. But this last time really went too far.

β β β β β Really nice place. Massage was really profesional, girls touch all my pain places. Was painfull but that worked good for my back. Only thing i didnt like that i was always hear how girls talking, laughing . Thats a bit disturbt me to relax. But im gonna back !
