★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem in listed building. This restaurant located inside the "Breda university of applied science", has a magnificent food with menu created by student and delivered by them too. This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner and let them surprise you. The first plate was Carrot and onion soup with corn marinated in beetroot as his name is long the flavor in your mouth is the same, was soooooo good. Main was Tenderloin with green beans wrapped with bacon and mushroom sauce and potato crisps ( Pork was cooked to perfection) for dessert was Moelleux Au Chocolate... unfortunately as I am not fan of chocolate I did not ordered but I heard good things of it! this restaurant will open its doors back to normal from March 7th. I cannot wait to go back and let them surprise me again.
