Ziet een ecodrive horloge van citizen aan voor een smartwatch ???. Beste Siebel zet iemand in de winkel die je kan helpen en er voor zorgt dat je met een nieuw horloge de winkel verlaat! Wanted to buy a new watch today at the new Siebel branch. The saleswoman could not give any information because she does not understand it. Mistakes a citizen ecodrive watch for a smartwatch ???. Dear Siebel, puts someone in the store who can help you and ensures that you leave the store with a new watch!

Ik was bij Siebel positief verrast door de kennis en kunde van de storemanager. Ik werd goed geholpen en er werd meegedacht, waardoor ik niet de indruk had dat ik slecht een "sale" was zoals dat tegenwoordig zelfs bij juweliers vaak het geval is. Chapeau Siebel!! Bedankt voor alle hulp! I was looking for an engagement ring and decided to check out some jewelers. At Siebel, I was positively surprised by the knowledge and skills of the store manager. I was helped well and they thought along, so I did not have the impression that I was just a "sale" as is often the case nowadays even at jewelers. Chapeau Siebel !! Thanks for all the help!

Alsof het geld in de boom groeit. Siebel hoofddorp^ Bad service, staff is super unfriendly. Thinking that their products cost 5 euros and because of this they want to deal with the sale hastily and brutally. As if the money grows in the tree. Siebel main village^

Hierdoor heb ik mijn vraag niet kunnen stellen maar kreeg ik wel een antwoord, die dus irrelevant was. Ik ben maar naar een juwelier gegaan verderop. I wanted to ask something but the saleswoman interrupted me while I was still talking. Because of this I was not able to ask my question, but I did receive an answer, which was therefore irrelevant. I just went to a jeweler down the road.
R	Richard Guldemond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service!!! We hebben hier een armband voor onze dochter gekocht echter met 2 dagen vielen de steentjes eraf. De verkoopster nam en gaf aan weinig tijd te hebben omdat ze het druk had met meerdere klachten. En vroeg waarom we niet eerder langs geweest waren, echter er bestond nog zo iets als een lock down en je niet eerder naar een winkel kon. We konden het armbandje achter laten echter gaf ze aan dat kosten van de reparatie voor ons was, wat nou service en garantie!!!! Op de site staat dat dit 1 jaar betreft. Wij zijn naar een andere juwelier gegaan doe ons wel serieus aan hoorde en gaf aan dat alle bedeltjes inclusief slotje niet naar behoren aangebracht zijn, waardoor het bij gebruik binnen de kortste keren meerdere steentje eraf zouden vallen. We hebben hem daar maar ter reparatie gebracht om het wel naar behoren te laten maken. Siebel bedankt voor de extra gemaakte kosten. We zullen Siebel Hoofddorp niemand aanraden. Very bad service!!! We bought a bracelet for our daughter here, but the stones fell off after 2 days. The saleswoman took and indicated that she had little time because she was busy with several complaints. And asked why we hadn't visited before, but there was still such a thing as a lock down and you couldn't go to a store earlier. We could leave the bracelet behind, but she indicated that the cost of the repair was for us, what service and warranty!!!! The site states that this is 1 year. We went to another jeweler, but we did take it seriously and indicated that all charms, including the lock, were not properly installed, so that several stones would fall off in no time when used. We just took it there for repair to have it repaired properly. Siebel thanks for the extra costs incurred. We will not recommend Siebel Hoofddorp to anyone.
