They only want people who don't ask questions and always accept what they've been told. Also they are very overbearing and demand strict adherence to whatever 'rule' they think off. Any agreements you make with them can and will be broken if it suits them. They are unreliable and useless. Money comes first for the employees, they are not interested in the humans they pretend to help.
