The explanations that people are sick with the coronavirus are very out of place. You can't even call me back on the promised day (2x). The engagement ring is very important. Important dinner with the family and no ring. I don't do this often, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Contact with the client is zero. Bravo.
