β β β β β We tried the spicy chicken and the aubergines. The chicken was tender, very tasty, and very spicy. Served with homemade flat noodles. Delicious, and well balanced by the smooth and flavory aubergine. We'll leave all the other amazing dishes for another time!

β β β β β Very disappointed experience, food was less than before. They said they donβt accept cards, only cash, because the card reader is broken. But thatβs a lie. They just donβt want to pay tax, and if you are white they will accept you cards, the card reader fixed immediately.

β β β β β Meh, really not what I expected.. especially after reading the positive reviews that made me excited to try it out?. Passive staff didnt really feel welcome & very hot and sweaty inside the restaurant.
Ordered food got the kebab first on the table, just a single skewer on the plate no lemon no flatbread nothing. Waited 10 min for a fork and knife. In the meantime every 10 minutes one of the cooks or owner goes outside for a smoke right in front of the shop, it is so often that they have put a chair in front of the entrance....?
The dishes also come one by one, next came the noodles all drenched in the one and only sauce they have that is quite spicy. Tough meat and oily. The dumplings were also not good ,raw dough not fluffy or steamed with care, asked for sauce and got the same oily sauce of the noodles. Also no icecubes available and the glases are just out of the box as you can still see the sticker on it.
The worst of all was that you had to pack your own food ?. I dont like to waste food so taking it away seemed like a better option...
Very mediocre no passion or love for any dish or service and not worth the price and waste of money so really avoid this place. (I really dont understand the positive reviews ?) The only reason its getting the one star is because I liked the traditional tea, but that is really about it!

β β β β β Finally, an Authentic xinjian Uyghur cuisine in Amsterdam! What a gem! Havent had the ηΎθδΈ² lamb skewer for many years and this place takes me back to the same flavors I enjoyed so much at back alley Uyghur restaurants in Beijing and Shanghai! We enjoyed our dinner and will come back for sure ??

The kebab is extraordinary and Iβm not even a huge fan of lamb.
I recommend sharing so you can try different dishesβ¨
The dumplings were very good, loved the spicy sauce.
My absolute favorites today were the beef Dry stir fried noodles? (noodles are freshly made there and they are delicious!)
Cannot wait to go back to try other dishes!!
