Echter was dit de 1e kennismaking, ik had een paar boots op het oog die niet op voorraad waren en op de site gezien, ik dacht dat het lastig zou worden in de maatvoering omdat ik niet zou kunnen passen. Na een geheel andere laars en model te hebben gepast, werd mij met aan zekerheid grenzende woorden gezegd dat ik dan die andere ook zou passen. Nu thuis en de boots keurig ontvangen kan ik alleen zeggen precies goed. Toppers daar! de rit uit Zaandam was het zeker waard, ben daar nog niet klaar komen gauw weer terug. What a nice nice store this is, I got the feeling that I came in with good acquaintances. However, this was my first encounter, I had my eye on a pair of boots that were out of stock and saw them on the site, I thought it would be difficult in sizing as I wouldn't be able to fit. After trying on a completely different boot and model, I was told with words bordering on certainty that I would also try on the other one. Now at home and received the boots neatly, I can only say just right. Toppers there! the drive from Zaandam was well worth it, I'm not done there yet will be back soon.

The day after we ordered, Adrie (the owners are Adrie and Jessica) got in contact with us by phone to confirm what we had written in the order notes. Very nice service! When our boots arrived, I was on a longer business trip and when I returned and tried my boots I thougt, that possibly a smaller size would fit better. But too late for the normal return period. So I got in contact with Adrie to ask him whether it would be possible to get the smaller size for comparing the two sizes. And he was amazing: no problems, they sent the smaller size and I eventually returned the other pair. Unexpected super service! Here we will order again - thanks Adrie, thanks Jessica. And we hope that we can visit you some day in your shop and meet you in person.
