Ich habe bei Silvia angerufen, da ich 40 Euro bezahlt habe und die Nägel 7 Tage gehalten haben. Sie möchte mir nichts zurück erstatten.
I was with Silvia and had black gel nails done on my vacation. After a week, some of the nails have come off and the gel is crumbling on the others. I called Silvia because I paid 40 euros and the nails lasted 7 days. She doesn't want to refund me anything.
