★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt heel teleurstellend dit. Ik wou dat het telefoongesprek was opgenomen. Ik heb dit nog nooit in mijn leven meegemaakt, dat iemand zo onrespectvol praat aan de telefoon. En zo omgaat met clienten. Nog nooit.
Heb er geen woorden voor.
 Really very disappointing this. I wish the phone call had been recorded. I have never experienced this in my life, that someone talks so disrespectfully on the phone. And that's how clients deal. Never.
