I was met by a very rude man telling me they don't sell coffee to anyone and that i should go somewhere else where they need my money. That man is not good for your business and for your reputation. If he's the owner, let your staff take care of your customers.

They told me it was under warranty so I brought it in and they said they would send it on.
Next day they called to say Severin were giving me a new one
Fantastic service and I recommend both Severin and this shop.
Def coming back to both shop and products of Severin. I am a customer for life.
