★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a quite expensive thermos and broke after few days. When I went to complain about this, they behaved with very bad and greedy manners. Even if it's clear that it is not possible to change products without warranty, the personnel should always apologize and be polite to clients. I do not recommend this shop and I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers a nice selection of teas and coffees, and related accessories. The staff was helpful and quite knowledgeable about the origins of the teas. They also have a nice selection of speciality chocolates, which are a bit pricy though.

Try the non-flavored teas. Grand Pouchong Oolong is delicious!
I am a fan of their Chinese teas, that are not artificially flavored!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really grumpy owner who doenst want to do a thing for you. I went there a couple of times for Christmas tea. Every time I had to come back because it still was not there. Now I came and it was sold out. He didnt want to help at all and really grumpy. He seemed enoyed that there where customers. Really bad shop. This is the reason why I shop online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good products: I had Rooibos with orange and lemon ginger, organic herbal teas. Minimum you can buy is 50 grams.
You can buy in loose and they accept if you use your own bag.
There is also a lot of useful products like travelling teapots etc.
