Delicious coffee and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beans are quite pricey, but definitely worth it for special occasions! Yummy!

Klantvriendelijk staat voorop bij dit filiaal in Nieuwegein.

Ze hebben er ook de meest mooie maar vooral ook goede koffie machines.

Geheel geen warm bad als welkom, aangezien ze bij ons hadden kunnen uitpakken en wij juist groot liefhebber zijn van koffie en thee.
Zijn dol op speciaalzaken,dus verwachten daar ook best wel iets van.
Wij wisten dat een bepaalde soort er niet meer was,dus was het duidelijk een alternatief te gaan nemen.
Er werd enkel gezegd welke wij dan moesten
nemen, helaas, zonder verder enig info, of mogelijkheid om verder te gaan met ons,
qua bijverkoop.
Ik ben zelf nog naar de thee gelopen, terwijl ik daar was,werd er ook geen kans gegrepen mij in te lichten. Wij zijn er nu met 1 koffiesmaak weer weg gegaan en zullen onze volgende aankoop maar online gaan doen of eens op een andere locatie.
De koffie daarintegen gaan we nu ons 2e bakkie van nemen, perfecte smaak!! Die nemen we weer !
Very unfortunate, had a somewhat cold reception.
No warm bath as a welcome at all, since they could have unpacked with us and we are a big fan of coffee and tea.
Love specialty stores, so expect quite a bit of that too.
We knew that a certain species was no longer there, so it was clear to take an alternative.
It was only said which one we should then
take, unfortunately, without further information, or possibility to proceed with us,
in terms of additional sales.
I myself went to tea, while I was there, there was also no chance to inform me. We have now left with 1 coffee taste and will make our next purchase online or at a different location.
The coffee on the other hand, we are now going to take our second cup of coffee, perfect taste !! We'll take it again!

Enjoyed visiting the branch at City Plaza Nieuwegein. Expert advice from a charismatic saleswoman who knows her business. Bought a pouring set, bean grinder and an assortment of fresh beans. Plenty of time for advice, very pleasant visit to Simon Lévelt Nieuwegein.
