★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze zoon van 15 had enorm veel zin in het voetbalkamp 2021. Vooraf nog gevraagd of er meerdere leeftijdsgenoten waren waarop bevestigend werd geantwoord. Op de eerste dag van het kamp blijkt dat er wel wat leeftijdsgenoten bij andere sporten aanwezig waren, maar NIET bij het voetbalkamp. Onze teleurgestelde zoon én zijn evenoude vriend vonden er begrijpelijkerwijs niets aan met alleen maar kinderen van 8 tot 10 jaar. Na 1 dag wilden ze al naar huis en hebben wij ze de volgende dag opgehaald. Een illusie én € 400,- p.p. armer. Op het verzoek om teruggave van een deel van het betaalde bedrag werd negatief gereageerd met als motivatie "wij hebben niet de kans gehad om te laten zien dat ze een super week gehad zouden kunnen hebben". Dit was eens maar nooit meer Simonsport.
Our 15-year-old son was really looking forward to the 2021 football camp. Asked in advance whether there were several peers to which the answer was affirmative. On the first day of the camp, it turns out that some peers were present at other sports, but NOT at the football camp. Our disappointed son and his friend of the same age understandably didn't like it with only children from 8 to 10 years. After 1 day they wanted to go home and we picked them up the next day. An illusion and € 400,- p.p. poorer. The request for a refund of part of the paid amount was negatively answered with the motivation "we did not have the chance to show that they could have had a super week". This was once but never again Simonsport.
