★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De pluspunten van een stage bij Simple Cloud is dat je leert omgaan met verschillende types mensen en hoe je een oplossing gaat bedenken en gericht bent op de persoon wie jij de ondersteuning aanbied.
Werkzaamheden waren het helpen van de klanten door middel van Topdesk en hun helpen op afstand met het programma remote controle om bijvoorbeeld bij klanten de mail in te stellen op afstand.
