Met grote kennis van zaken werd het gebruik van Simple Simon, het gebruik van de werkbon en daarbij behorende parameters, uitgelegd. Wij zijn zeer tevreden. This morning I had a visit from a consultant from Simple Simon i.v.m. a new employee at the MIB in Brielle. The use of Simple Simon, the use of the work order and associated parameters were explained with great expertise. We are very satisfied.
B	Bouwman Zwembaden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht!! Eindelijk nieuwe functionaliteiten en werken ze niet. Wel mag je overal duur voor betalen en vooral geen kritiek hebben. Want je mag niet alles verwachten voor 20 euro in de maand. Het invullen van een positieve review word nog net niet met een pistool op je hoofd afgedwongen. En ten slotte als je te veel kritiek hebt (waar ze wat mee zouden moeten doen) word er afscheid genomen en blokkeren ze je account. Nou daar moet ik ze voor bedanken, want alles wat Simpele Simon niet heeft heb ik nu wel met Werkbon app. Simple Simon bedankt dat jullie afscheid hebben genomen van ons en veel succes met V2. Bad !! Finally new functionalities and they don't work. However, you can pay dearly for anything and, above all, have no criticism. Because you can't expect everything for 20 euros a month. Filling in a positive review is just not enforced with a gun on your head. And finally if you have too much criticism (with which they should do something) they say goodbye and they block your account. Koppelingen maken met aansluitende programma's als bijvoorbeeld Exact kosten heel erg veel tijd om e.e.a. werkbaar te krijgen. Commercieel wellicht niet zo handig maar Simple Simon zou beter adviseren gelijktijdig met het moment dat Simple Simon de zaken installeert er ook een IT man/vrouw fysiek aanwezig is om te ondersteunen in het maken van de koppelingen. Dat kost wel geld maar scheelt veel tijd, ergernis, vloeken, telefoontjes en frustratie. En ........... neemt het risico weg dat er naar Simple Simon gewezen wordt terwijl daar het werkelijke probleem niet zit. Simple Simon is simple until the end of the work order, after that it is not that simple anymore! Making links with related programs such as Exact takes a lot of time to make things workable. Perhaps not so commercially useful, but Simple Simon would better advise at the same time as Simple Simon installs the business that an IT man / woman is also physically present to support in making the links. That costs money but saves a lot of time, annoyance, swearing, phone calls and frustration. And ........... removes the risk that Simple Simon will be pointed while the real problem is not there.

Inplannen van de monteurs is super eenvoudig en de overgang van papieren werkbonnen naar digitale werkbonnen maakt ons bedrijfsproces vele malen efficiënter! Telefonisch of per mail is Simple Simon bereikbaar voor de klant. •Koppeling tussen ons financiele systeem (Exact) en Simple simon werkt nabehoren, dit geldt voornamenlijk voor de facturatie en de werkbonnen •Duidelijk overzicht van je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden als je ze archiveert in het archief. •Feedback van de buitendienst: App werkt makkelijk, vragenlijst is duidelijk opgesteld, overzicht van je planning heb je direct in je scherm. •Planning systeem werkt overzichtelijk, ook fijn dat de kleuren in je scherm aangeven wat de status is van de opdracht. •Het maken van werkbonnen en het inplannen kost minder tijd omdat alles digitaal is. Zowel van de monteurs als van de klanten. De koppeling bij ons aan snelstart maar het factureren makkelijker en is tijdbesparend. Gegevens worden bewaard, staan veilig, de app is functioneel. De customer service afdeling is goed bereikbaar en altijd behulpzaam. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de samenwerking en de app en kijken uit naar de vernieuwde versie 2.0 die nog gebruikersvriendelijker zal zijn. Het is zichtbaar om te zien waar monteurs zijn en mailtjes worden automatisch naar de klant verstuurd. Daarnaast zorgt de koppeling voor een soepel verloop in voorraadbeheer en uitleveringen. Voor een relatief lage prijs kan er dus gemakkelijk structuur binnen de processen gebracht worden. We have switched to Simple Simon since the beginning of 2020. Geen gedoe meer met papieren werkbonnen, een veel betere tijdsregistratie en wanneer een klus geklaard is makkelijk enkele foto's in de werkbon toevoegen zodat wanneer er achteraf vragen zijn we alles gelijk goed gedocumenteerd bij de hand hebben. Ondanks dat de introductie cursus bij ons op kantoor wegens de Corona niet mogelijk was hebben we toch enkele keren online van Patrick een zeer duidelijke voorlichting gekregen. compliment en bedankt daarvoor. Nu we na 5 maanden allemaal volledig gewent zijn kunnen we ons niet meer voorstellen dat we jaren zonder gewerkt hebben. Wij hebben absoluut geen spijt van onze overstap naar Simple-Simon, en hopen nog op een hele lange samenwerking.
