★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendin naar Simply Outlet gestuurd om Sikkens Rubbol XD High Gloss te kopen en een kleurcode. Verkoopster gaf aan dat ze geen Sikkens verf hadden en adviseerde het huismerk (van Schild), logisch want daar zit meer marge op.
Echter heb ik zelf al vaker bij deze zaak de Sikkens Rubbol XD High Gloss gekocht en wist ik dat zij deze in het assortiment hadden. Mijn vriendin, onwetend en vertrouwend op goed advies bij een speciaal zaak, heeft hier naar geluisterd.
Toen ik later aangaf dat ze wel degelijk de verf hadden waarvoor ik mijn vriendin stuurde is ze teruggegaan. En wat bleek. De verf was wel in het assortiment en op voorraad!
Goed verkooppraatje om een onwetend persoon naar het huismerk te verwijzen in plaats van degelijk advies te geven en de verf te geven waar zij naar vraagt!
Simply Outlet weigerde de door hun geadviseerde verf terug te nemen, ondanks dat de fout aangekochte verf (van Schildt) hun schuld was!
Laat je niet adviseren door de kennelijk onwetende personeelsleden. Zij zijn erbij gebaat een ander merk te verkopen waar meer marge op zit!
Sent a friend to Simply Outlet to buy Sikkens Rubbol XD High Gloss and a color code. The saleswoman indicated that they did not have Sikkens paint and advised the house brand (van Schild), logical because there is more margin on it.
However, I have often bought the Sikkens Rubbol XD High Gloss at this store and I knew that they had these in their range. My friend, ignorant and relying on good advice at a special case, has listened to this.
When I later indicated that they did indeed have the paint I sent my girlfriend for, she went back. And guess what. The paint was in the range and in stock!
Good sales pitch to refer an ignorant person to the house brand instead of giving sound advice and giving the paint she asks for!
Simply Outlet refused to take back the paint they advised, even though the paint purchased incorrectly (from Schildt) was their fault!
Don't be advised by the apparently ignorant staff members. They benefit from selling another brand with a higher margin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worden altijd goed geholpen. Ze verkopen hele goede verf en verf toebehoren. Ik ga nooit meer naar de bouwmarkt voor mijn verf projecten. Ze denken goed mee.
We are always well served. They sell very good paint and paint accessories. I will never go to the hardware store for my paint projects again. They think along well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijn en hartelijk geholpen door medewerkster Kim. Ook het contact nadat we in de winkel waren geweest verliep via WhatsApp en telefoon fantastisch. Zeer vlotte reactie en meedenkend. Nu op naar de inmeting en plaatsing van de jaloezieën. We kijken er naar uit. Heel fijn bedrijf!
Very nice and warmly helped by employee Kim. The contact after we had been in the store was also fantastic via WhatsApp and telephone. Very quick response and thoughtful. Now on to the measurement and placement of the blinds. We're looking forward to it. Very nice company!

Op advies van Simply Outlet. Eerst een grondlak op kleur en daarna twee keer aflakken.

I live in a house through vacancy management. The stairs were so dirty that I decided to remove the linoleum and paint the stairs.
On the advice of Simply Outlet. First a base coat on color and then two coats.
