★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke en betrokken trainer die je altijd hard laat werken. Spierpijn achteraf is minder, maar daar schijnt ze geen boodschap aan te hebben.
 Nice and involved trainer who always makes you work hard. Muscle pain afterwards is less, but she doesn't seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik train nu ruim anderhalf jaar met Sina en ze heeft veel bereikt. Ik ben ruim 42 kg afgevallen en zit goed in mijn vel. Mijn conditie is verbeterd en Sina blijft me uitdagen. Ze is echt een topper. Oh ja ze doet mee met alle oefeningen en geeft het tempo aan. Groeten karel
