★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een "old skool" zorgbedrijf, er zal nog veel moeten gebeuren, de instelling van zorgmedewerkers, van bestuur. Te weinig communicatie, te weinig personeel, al jaren. Prachtige visie die nog te weinig in praktijk worden gebracht. Met een nieuwbouw veranderd er niets.
Voor bewoners die nu in een vies oud gebouw zitten; zij hebben beter verdiend.
It is an "old skool" care company, a lot will still have to be done, the attitude of care employees, management. Too little communication, too few staff, for years. Beautiful vision that is still too little put into practice. Nothing changes with a new build.
For residents who are now in a dirty old building; they deserved better.
