★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een mooie kerk. De kerk is verbouwd en is er een school ingekomen. De school is mooi ingericht en gemakkelijk bereikbaar en het buiten terrein is voorzie van speeltoestellen.
A beautiful church. The church has been rebuilt and a school has arrived. The school is nicely decorated and easily accessible and the outside area is equipped with play equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De enig overgebleve katholieke kerk in Horst. Herbouwd na de tweede wereldoorlog. Zetel van het dekanaat Horst. Persoonlijk vind ik het geen mooie kerk, maar hij is wel ruim en biedt veel faciliteiten aan de gebruikers.
Interessant detail is de graftombe van de familie Wittenhorst. Deze familie bestuurde Horst en omstreken uit naam van de hertog van Gelre. Deze graftombe wordt nu onderzocht.
The only remaining Catholic church in Horst. Rebuilt after the second world war. Seat of the Horst decanoate. Personally, I find it not a beautiful church, but it is spacious and offers a lot of facilities to the users.
Interesting detail is the tomb of the Wittenhorst family. This family-controlled Horst and surroundings on behalf of the Duke of Gelderland. This tomb is now being investigated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Sint-Lambertuskerk is een van de twee kerken van Horst. De Lambertuskerk is gebouwd in 1952-1953. Ik bezocht deze kerk ivm een tentoonstelling van hedendaagse kunst. Helemaal top en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bij deze gelegenheid zag ik dus het interieur van deze prachtige maar ook aparte kerk. Een Bezoek - bezichtiging is aan te raden.
The Sint-Lambertuskerk is one of the two churches of Horst. The Lambertus Church was built in 1952-1953. I visited this church for an exhibition of contemporary art. Totally top notch and definitely worth repeating. So on this occasion I saw the interior of this beautiful but also special church. A Visit - viewing is recommended.
