★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie, beeldbepalende kerk tussen Echten en Echtenerbrug. Ook de omgeving van de kerk is om stil van te worden. Kijk vooral ook even richting het historische stoomgemaal aan de oever van het Tjeukemeer. De kerk staat op een terp, maar de omgeving was voor droge voeten lang afhankelijk van deze stoompomp.
Beautiful, iconic church between Echten and Echtenerbrug. The surroundings of the church are also a source of silence. Also take a look at the historic steam pumping station on the banks of the Tjeukemeer. The church stands on a mound, but the area depended on this steam pump for dry feet.
