★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Begräbniskapelle des ehemaligen Klosters St. Ludwig in Vlodrop/NL. Vom Kloster blieb nur diese Kapelle erhalten. Das Kloster mußte leider der Europazentrale des Maharishi Mahesh Yogi weichen.
Funeral chapel of the former St. Ludwig monastery in Vlodrop / NL. Only this chapel remained from the monastery. Unfortunately, the monastery had to give way to the European headquarters of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne kleine Kappen mit einem kleinen Friedhof, welcher an die vergangener Geschichte dieses Ortes erinnert. Interssant ist dieses auch vor dem Hintergrund das dieser Ort eine lange spirituelle Vergangenheit hat. Waren es früher Vertreter eines christlichem Glaubens, sind es heute die Anhänger der tranzendalen Meditation. Somit erinnert mit noch die kleine Kapelle an diesen christlichen Ursprung. Von den alten Gebäuden ist mir die Spitze eines Turmes übrig geblieben. Dieser ragt als verbindendes Elment beider Weltanschauungen gen Himmel, in welchem beide Mystker ihres Glaubens im metaphorischen Sinne ihre Erlösung und Frieden suchen.
Very nice little caps with a small cemetery, which reminds of the past history of this place. Interestingly, this is also against the background of this place has a long spiritual past. Formerly members of a Christian faith, today they are the followers of the transcendental meditation. Thus, even the small chapel reminds of this Christian origin. From the old buildings I have the top of a tower left. As the connecting element of both worldviews, it rises to heaven, in which both mystics seek their salvation and peace in a metaphorical sense.

Corona made it impossible to visit the chapel, but the cemetery is also interesting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk kerkje in het bos. Kerkhof is interessanter vooral ook omdat de kapel/kerkje altijd gesloten is. Wel leuke bouwstijl. Op het kerkhof eenvoudige oude graven van kloosterlingen, studenten en enkele burgers. Daarnaast ook van een Poolse piloot; incl. militaire grafzerk
Nice church in the woods. Graveyard is more interesting, especially because the chapel / church is always closed. Nice architectural style. In the cemetery simple old graves of monks, students and some civilians. Also from a Polish pilot; incl. military gravestone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne kleine Kapelle mit im Waldgebiet. Direkt im Anschluss befindet sich ein Friedhof mit Kriegsgräbern und Priestergräber vom alten Kloster.
Nice little chapel with in the forest area. Immediately afterwards there is a cemetery with war graves and priestly graves from the old monastery.
