★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardig personeel, prachtige nagellak, alleen het eelt niet glad gemaakt, alleen de dikke plekken kleiner gemaakt mar de rest was nog steeds erg ruw/prikkellig
 Nice staff, beautiful nail polish, only the callus not smoothed, only made the thick spots smaller but the rest was still very rough / prickly

Call the appointment 1 day in advance. Don't bother arranging a new appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne plek! Altijd schoon, op tijd en vriendelijk. Goed advies over producten, ik heb een lastige huid en heb het gevoel dat het voor het eerst van mijn leven onder controle is. Ik ben dan ook een trouwe vaste klant geworden bij Romona.
Nice place! Always clean, on time and friendly. Good advice on products, I have troubled skin and feel like it's under control for the first time in my life. I have therefore become a loyal regular customer at Romona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak gehad voor het opvullen van nepnagels, ik geloof dat de dame die mij hielp het in jaren niet meer had gedaan. Alles werd met de hand geveild, ik heb er meer dan 4 uur gezeten, zelfs nog na sluitingstijd. Werd afgeraffeld met een gellak waar allemaal stofdeeltjes in zaten waardoor er allemaal oneffenheden in zaten. Heel jammer, bied de service dan liever niet aan. Heel zonde van mn geld.
Had an appointment for fake nails filling, I believe the lady who helped me hadn't done it in years. Everything was auctioned by hand, I sat there for more than 4 hours, even after closing time. Was scraped off with a gel polish that contained all dust particles, causing all kinds of irregularities. Very unfortunate, please do not offer the service. Very waste of my money.

Nou ik hoef niet meer verder te zoeken. Wat een mooie salon is dit. Allemaal aparte kamertjes voor de behandelingen. Helemaal Zen
Ruim 1 uur heerlijk gezeten, gepraat, maar vooral met heerlijke zachte voeten en geknipte en gelakte teennagels de deur weer uit. Dank je wel.
De volgende afspraak staat alweer gepland.

Well I do not have the right site. What a beautiful salon is this. All separate rooms for the treatments. totally Zen
More than 1 hour delicious sat, talked, but especially with delicious soft feet and toenails trimmed and painted the door again. Thank you.
The next meeting is already planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, my experience in this salon has never been satisfying. I tried a massage two years ago, waxing last year and a facial recently. The products used I think are good quality, and for my personal experience, you only pay for that. The girls are all kind, but the service is not as efficient as it should be for the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a bikini wax and a pedicure, and I'm so happy I'll be going back for more!
The pedicure, in particular, was outstanding. They use all these tiny electric files to remove cuticles, shape the nails, buff the nails...which results in such a clean and perfect set of toes.
There was no massage chair with bath like your typical salon. (Maybe they do have that, but in Corona times, I was in a private room with a comfy chair and a plastic foot bath that was brought in and then taken back out.) I feel like it was a more careful pedicure than what I usually get in Holland.
They also give the option of gel polish for the same price as normal polish, which is super handy since you don't have to wait for it to dry. My toes still look great after five weeks.
Staff were all super friendly, and the hygiene was on point.

Friendly and professional staff and the treatment (facial) was amazing, I have a sensitive skin and none of the products reacted badly with my skin, I even walked out glowing, whereas usually I have a bit of redness. Will definitely go back!
