Very satisfied. Good service and know-how. Although it was busy in the store, I never got the idea that I was being ignored. Was also very pleased with the price of the ski boots that I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima assortiment, kijk uit met ruilen want daar doen ze vreselijk moeilijk over. De prijs van aanbiedingen is ook niet echt een koopje, die kun je online veel goedkoper krijgen. Aangezien de service niet echt klantvriendelijk is lijkt het me ook niet echt de extra prijs waard om hier wat te kopen.
Great assortment, watch out with exchanges because they are terribly difficult about that. The price of offers is also not really a bargain, you can get that much cheaper online. Since the service is not really customer-friendly, it doesn't seem worth the extra price to buy anything here.

Kreeg een nette mail waarin een duurder alternatief werd aangeboden als compensatie. Kijk...dat is meedenken en service!
Recently placed an order for skis. Unfortunately out of stock. Can happen, but most important is how it is dealt with.
Received a neat email in which a more expensive alternative was offered as compensation. Look ... that is thinking along and service!
