Helaas kwam ik er thuis achter dat mijn product toch niet de juiste kleur had (en natuurlijk had ik de bon en verpakking al weggegooid..). Gelukkig wilde de lieve medewerkers van de winkel mij helpen en hebben nogmaals de tijd genomen om de juiste kleur te vinden en hebben het product voor mij omgeruild. Groetjes, een tevreden klant Bought a tinted moisturizer from this store. The lady who helped me did this kindly and well. Unfortunately I found out at home that my product was not the right color (and of course I had already thrown away the receipt and packaging ..). Beautiful store with a wide range of lesser-known perfume brands. Friendly and helpful staff. If you've been smoked out at the Douglas, this is the place to be!

Onze kleindochter liep op een lege desk in de Mall van Skin Cosmatics maar werd min of meer gesommeerd door de medewerkster om daar niet achter te lopen!!! Mijn vrouw vroeg wat er nu aan de hand bleek en werd direct verteld dat haar kleindochter daar niet mag lopen !! Zij is nog geen twee jaar oud wat kan er nu gebeuren! De onvriendelijke medewerkster wilde een discussie maar ik gaf aan dat het enorm belachelijk is ! Daarop zei ze ik ga de beveiliging bellen! Nu dan moet u dat maar doen! Wat kindonvriendelijk is deze medewerkster van Skin Cosmatics !!! Nu niet bepaald een winkel waar je nog naar toe wilt !!! ?? Today December 29, 2021 a very unfriendly approach by a Skin Cosmatics employee in the Shop In Westfield-The Mall in Leidschendam. Our granddaughter walked on an empty desk in the Mall of Skin Cosmatics but was more or less summoned by the employee not to walk behind it!!! My wife asked what was going on and was immediately told that her granddaughter is not allowed to walk there !! She is not even two years old what can happen now! The unfriendly employee wanted a discussion but I indicated that it is very ridiculous! Then she said I'm going to call security! Now then you should do that! How child-unfriendly is this employee of Skin Cosmatics!!! Now not exactly a store you want to go to!!! ??

Upon arrival the woman helping me was very welcoming and remarkably skilled. I went in to buy the Westman Atelier foundation stick and she picked the right shade for me right away. I loved the experience at the store today and would really recommend visiting.
