The intake is done by a very nice and friendly therapist however the session will not be performed by her. My appointment was at 13.00. They kept me 30 min waiting for a 10 min treatment. A person i never met came. She did not even say hello. She was rude, arrogant and unfriendly. The laser machine was not even ready. I left without waiting for the tratment.
If you are planning to come make sure that you get what you are told in the intake. It can be all different and dissapointing. I am dissapointed. It looked very promising from my intake session.

I discovered the Clinic through the laser treatment and it a was really nice experience.
First of all, the clinic is very well located and easily reachable. Very clean and decorated.
They are using state of the art equipements that make a huge difference for the quality of the treatment.
The team is among the best, knowledgeable, experienced and they take the time to explain everything.
I've tried several treatment Laser, LPG, microneedling and microdermabrasion and I am really satisfied by the result.
I'm French and honnestly this clinic equal the clinic I've been in Paris Champs-Elysées for the treatment that I've done.
I'm really picky and Skintastics offer a high quality of service, and my sister from Paris is coming to enjoy the Skintastics treatment. Very fair prices and good value for money.
I can only Recommend as 5*.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic. It is very well decorated and comfortable. The specialists are very knowledgeable and precise. If you're there for perfect skin, ask for Nhu-Y ('nu ee'). She's a perfectionist and she really knows what she is doing. I did a micro-needling treatment for some acne scars on the side of my head and it's now been 2 weeks or so. They really cleared up! My skin is already looking a lot better. I'll need two or three more treatments for the best result. Definitely would recommend this clinic!

The ladies are nice, love to chat to Deborah and Shannon while I get microneelding treatment. Been coming here for the last 1.5 year and loving the result. Great clinic and deserves 5*.
