E	Evert Eckhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DJ + Show 10/10 Contact 2/10 We hebben dankzij DJ Justin een perfect afsluitend feest gehad voor onze bruiloft. Hij wist goed in te spelen op wat onze gasten wilde en de dansvloer was de hele avond gevuld! De DJ is professioneel, was perfect op tijd en heeft zonder problemen alles op kunnen bouwen. Het contact met SKYFLY was echter ver onder de maat en dit levert dan ook een negatief gevoel op bij SKYFLY als bedrijf. We hebben 8 keer contact op moeten nemen omdat de factuur niet in de mijn omgeving te vinden was. De eerste keer kreeg ik te horen dat de factuur te vinden was in de mijn omgeving, wat nou net het probleem was: er werd dus niet gelezen voordat de mail beantwoord werd. Vervolgens is ons meerdere malen beloofd, zowel per mail als telefonisch dat de factuur per mail toegestuurd zou worden. Deze hebben we nooit ontvangen. Doordat er gemaild wordt met de verkeerde naam onder de mailtjes hebben we ook nog Patrick tijdens zijn vakantie gebeld, wij dachten namelijk dat we al die tijd met hem aan het mailen waren. Dit bleek niet het geval en dat is best wel vreemd. Uiteindelijk nadat ik nog een allerlaatste keer om de factuur vroeg omdat ik deze nog steeds niet had ontvangen kreeg ik van een medewerker te horen dat ze hem al 3 keer verzonden hadden. In deze mail zei hij dat het bij SKYFLY misschien niet helemaal gelopen was zoals het zou moeten maar dat er bij mij dus ook iets fout moest gaan. De toon waarop dit werd medegedeeld was niet bepaald klantvriendelijk! Wij kregen hierdoor het vermoeden dat het e-mailadres niet correct was overgenomen. Dit hebben wij telefonisch aangegeven maar dat was absoluut niet waar, dit hadden ze namelijk al nagekeken. Uiteindelijk hebben we dan maar gevraagd of ze hem nog een keer naar een ander e-mailadres wilde verzenden. Dit lukte in één keer en wat bleek het e-mailadres was dus wel fout! Dit betekent dus ook dat iemand anders (want het gebruikte verkeerde e-mailadres bestaat wel) onze factuur meerdere malen heeft ontvangen. Op de factuur staan ook persoonsgegevens en is daarom dus ook ronduit slordig te noemen dat dit zomaar naar iemand anders opgestuurd wordt. Verder willen we jullie als advies geven om als er bij jullie iets misgaat hier de klant niet de schuld van te geven. Het lag namelijk helemaal niet aan ons, alles wat er misging ging bij jullie mis. Het is handig om eerst zeker te zijn dat jullie het goed doen voordat je zo met je klanten omgaat. DJ + Show 10/10 Contact 2/10 Thanks to DJ Justin we had a perfect closing party for our wedding. He knew how to respond to what our guests wanted and the dance floor was filled all evening! The DJ is professional, was perfectly on time and was able to build everything up without any problems. However, the contact with SKYFLY was far below par and this gives a negative feeling for SKYFLY as a company. We had to contact 8 times because the invoice could not be found in my area. The first time I was told that the invoice could be found in my area, which was precisely the problem: it was not read before the email was answered. We were then promised several times, both by e-mail and by telephone, that the invoice would be sent by e-mail. We never received this. Because emails are being sent with the wrong name under the emails, we also called Patrick during his vacation, because we thought we were emailing him all this time. This turned out not to be the case and that is quite strange. Eventually after I asked for the invoice one last time because I still had not received it, I was told by an employee that they had already sent it 3 times. In this email he said that things might not have turned out as it should at SKYFLY, but that something had to go wrong for me. The tone in which this was communicated was not exactly customer friendly! This gave us the suspicion that the e-mail address had not been correctly copied. We indicated this by telephone but that was absolutely not true, because they had already checked this. In the end, we asked if she wanted to send it to another email address again. This succeeded in one go and it turned out that the e-mail address was wrong! This also means that someone else (because the wrong e-mail address used does exist) has received our invoice several times. The invoice also contains personal data and can therefore be called downright careless that this is just sent to someone else. Furthermore, we would like to advise you not to blame the customer if something goes wrong with you. It was not at all our fault, everything that went wrong went wrong for you. It is useful to make sure you are doing it right before dealing with your customers like that.

Außerdem ist er auf jeden Wunsch der Gäste eingegangen. Er war super vorbereitet, gut gelaunt und hat seine gute Laune an unsere Gäste weitergegeben. Wir können ihn als DJ uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Danke nochmal :) Frits hung up on our wedding party on Saturday in Cologne. He's open-minded, approachable, and played a great mix. He also responded to every request of the guests. He was well prepared, in a good mood and passed his good mood on to our guests. We can unreservedly recommend him as a DJ! Thanks again :)
K	Kaaskop84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor ons trouwfeest skyfly ingeschakeld. Wij kwamen het bedrijf tegen op de trouwbeurs in Utrecht. Na een gesprek in Amsterdam hadden wij een goed gevoel over skyfly. Alles lijkt te kloppen bij dit bedrijf! Skyfly matched ons met een dj voor ons feest op basis van onze achtergrond en muzieksmaken. Een week voor het feest nam de dj persoonlijk contact op met ons om de laatste punten door te nemen. Ondanks wat tegenslagen op locatie voor de dj kregen wij een heerlijk feest. Zeer leuke dj met prima apparatuur!! Ons feest is zeer geslaagd bij skyfly en niet duur! Voor een volgend feest boeken wij weer hier. Een aanrader! Enabled skyfly for our wedding. We came across the company at the wedding fair in Utrecht. After a conversation in Amsterdam we had a good feeling about skyfly. Everything seems to be right at this company! Skyfly matched us with a DJ for our party based on our background and music tastes. The week before the party, the DJ personally contacted us to discuss the final points. Despite some setbacks on location for the DJ, we had a wonderful party. Very nice DJ with excellent equipment !! Our party is very successful at skyfly and not expensive! We book here for the next party. Recommended!

Iedereen ging helemaal los, zelfs mensen waarvan we het niet verwacht hadden. De DJ speelde heel goed in op het publiek en kon goed aanvoelen wanneer het tijd was voor een andere plaat. Je kon ook zien dat hij er zelf heel veel lol in had en passie heeft voor zijn werk. De DJ booth zag heel gaaf uit. We hebben gekozen voor de basic opstelling met extra LED uplights, maar dit zag er echt super luxe uit. Ook de voorbereidingen waren heel goed verlopen. Het oriëntatie gesprek was ook heel fijn verlopen. Patrick nam echt de tijd voor ons en kwam met hele goede suggesties. De DJ belde netjes op tijd voor de grote dag om nog even de laatste dingen door te nemen. Ook de bierviltjes waar de gasten hun verzoeknummers op aan konden vragen was een heel leuk idee. We kregen van onze gasten alleen maar complimenten over de DJ en de muziek. What a top DJ we were assigned at SkyFly! The party was a huge success. Everyone went crazy, even people we didn't expect. The DJ responded very well to the audience and felt good when it was time for another record. You could also see that he had a lot of fun and passion for his work. The DJ booth looked very cool. We opted for the basic setup with additional LED uplights, but this looked really luxurious. The preparations had also gone very well. The orientation meeting had also gone very well. Patrick really took the time for us and came up with very good suggestions. The DJ called just in time for the big day to go through the last things. The coasters where the guests could request their request numbers were also a very nice idea. We only received compliments from our guests about the DJ and the music.
