β β β β β Although I was home both times, my delivery status said that the driver had tried to deliver the package and no one was home. I suspected that the driver was on the wrong street (it happened before with taxis). I rang customer service, who were very polite, and explained this. The delivery was made the next day, the driver apologized and confirmed that he had been on the wrong street. I'm very please with the result especially after reading most of these bad reviews.

β β β β β Bad shipping company. We stayed at home to receive the package the day they told us and a message arrived saying that there was no one at home when it was not true, they did not ring the bell and when we called the Amsterdam office they have treated us in very bad ways.

β β β β β Arranged a pick-up for a package, called to confirm the date, and was told everything was fine. Spent the entire day at home waiting (because they couldn't give me a time slot) and no one showed. Called customer service, spoke to a highly disinterested, incompetent person. Received a vague story about the shipment being visible in 1 system but not in the other? Horrible service. Now I have to spend money to ship the package to them, because Skynet has the most incompetent employees imaginable :(

β β β β β First of all courier left notice without knocking. Second I went to pick up at their office after I recived notice on their app. And of course - still not Ready to pick up. How this kind of Company can survive on market? Like for real? How? Additionally There is not even one parking place for customers...

β β β β β Very bad experience!! I recommend choose a different delivery but not SkyNet Worldwide Express in NL. I contacted them because I was moving to a different country so I couldn't wait for so long for the package and already it takes 9 days.. So I returned it and I got an email about return etc.. and one month later my neighbour called me that the package is at my door.... Can you believe it ? so ridiculous.

β β β β β Used them a few times to ship items abroad. Usually it takes 4 days for the shipment to arrive in the Netherlands. Prices are good, communion could be better because tracking updates don't always show.
