★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waren op de vestiging Spijkenisse op zaterdag 30 mei 2020. We stapten om 12:30 uur uit de auto en werden door iemand van het personeel aangesproken wat we kwamen doen het was namelijk twaalf dertig zoals hij zei en ze gingen sluiten. Volgens de website zijn jullie open van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur dit is hoogst klant onvriendelijk. We zijn dan ook onverrichter zake weer vertrokken zonder aankoop.
We were at the Spijkenisse location on Saturday, May 30, 2020. We got out of the car at 12:30 and were asked by one of the staff what we came to do because it was twelve thirty as he said and they were closing. According to the website you are open from 09:00 to 17:00 this is highly customer unfriendly. We have therefore left empty-handed without purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te duur. Je betaald 3x zoveel dan de originele prijs. En de personeel kan wel een cursus klantvriendelijkheid gebruiken. Jongeman leek net ongesteld.
Too expensive. You pay 3x as much as the original price. And the staff could use a customer service course. Young man just seemed to have his period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel goeie schoonmaak materialen voor de auto, prijs is ook prima, vriendelijk personeel maar wel 1 ster minder voor de nogal lege schappen.
Many good cleaning materials for the car, price is also fine, friendly staff but 1 star less for the rather empty shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langs geweest omdat de verlichting van mijn Thule fietsdrager niet werkte wegens storing. Kreeg stekker er niet in. Personeel is bijna 30 min bezig geweest met alle omvormers van 7 naar 13 polig en onderzocht of de storing verholpen kon. Met kundig advies weg gegaan. Top personeel!!!
Dropped by because the lighting of my Thule bike carrier was not working due to a malfunction. Did not plug in. Staff spent almost 30 minutes with all converters from 7 to 13 poles and investigated whether the malfunction could be resolved. Went with expert advice. Great staff!!!
