β β β β β Wou turkse koffie kopen, werd me een koffie aangewezen. Kwam er thuis achter dat dit niet turkse koffie was. Teruggegaan om m'n geld terug te vragen. Ik zei dat ik er eerder was geweest om turkse koffie te kopen "was dit keer een andere medewerker", het eerste wat hij zei was: "ja, daar in de hoek", toen ik zei dat dat geen turkse koffie was zei hij inderdaad dat ze dat niet hadden.
Toen ik geld terug vroeg zei hij dat dat niet kon aangezien ik de verpakking al had opengemaakt, ontkende ook half dat zn collega iets dergelijks gezegd had, terwijl hij letterlijk nog in het begin van het gesprek mee verwees naar arabische koffie als turkse koffie...
Best wel triest, is niet de manier om met klanten om te gaan. Als je opzoek bent naar midden oostelijke producten raad ik "le souk" aan. Ontzettend vriendelijke behulpzame medewerkers, vers klaargemaakte gerechten en gewoon meer producten.
Wanted to buy Turkish coffee, I was assigned a coffee. Found out at home that this was not Turkish coffee. Went back to get my money back. I said I had been there before to buy turkish coffee "was a different employee this time", the first thing he said was "yes, there in the corner", when i said that was not turkish coffee he said indeed that they didn't.
When I asked for a refund, he said that was not possible as I had already opened the package, also half denied that his colleague had said something similar, while he literally referred to Arabian coffee as Turkish coffee at the beginning of the conversation. .
Pretty sad, is not the way to deal with customers. If you are looking for middle eastern products I recommend "le souk". Incredibly friendly helpful employees, freshly prepared dishes and simply more products.
