★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluut de beste slager ooit! Hoewel ik al meer dan 30 jaar niet meer in Maastricht woon grijp ik elke kans aan om hier vlees te halen. Zowel het vlees als de service is niet in sterren uit te drukken, chapeau!!!!
Definitely the best butcher ever! Although I have not lived in Maastricht for more than 30 years, I take every opportunity to get meat here. Both the meat and the service cannot be expressed in stars, chapeau !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben bloedworst meegenomen naar Spanje. De bloedworst was goed verpakt en ligt nu in de vriezer in Spanje. Wij kennen de bloedworst van een restaurant in Bunde waar slagerij Soffiati de bloedworst leverd. Ook hebben wij de gekookte ham mogen proeven. GEWELDIGE goede smaak. Ook de service is geweldig. Geen probleem om de worst vacuüm te verpakken.
We brought black pudding to Spain. The black pudding was well packaged and is now in the freezer in Spain. We know the black pudding from a restaurant in Bunde where the butcher shop Soffiati delivers the black pudding. We also got to taste the cooked ham. GREAT good taste. The service is also great. No problem to vacuum pack the sausage.
