Goede begeleiding, leuke trainers en vooral de Milon vind ik leuk.
Regelmatige controle of er iets moet bijgesteld ( in overleg).
Nice gym with a fantastic atmosphere.
I like good guidance, nice trainers and especially the Milon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanaf het begin dat je er binnen stapt ben je geen nummer. Trainingen zijn leuk en afwisselend , gaat het een keer wat minder dan denken ze je met je mee en kun je toch blijven sporten. Of je nou dik/dun groot/klein oud/jong bent alles sport door elkaar. Iedereen komt met hetzelfde doel gezonder en fitter door het leven gaan. Ik sport er al jaren naar volle tevredenheid.
From the moment you step inside you are not a number. Training sessions are fun and varied, if it goes a little less than they think you will go with you and you can still keep working out. Whether you're fat/thin, big/small, old/young, everything is mixed together. Everyone comes through life healthier and fitter with the same goal. I have been working out there for years with complete satisfaction.

Kortom een hele fijne ervaring om te komen sporten bij Sport en Slank ??
