★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij Slimfit heerst gezellige sfeer die motiveert. Dit komt mede door Pia, Roy en Remy die zorgen voor de juiste feedback en een gezellig praatje.
Ik train (meestal) 2 keer per week 35 minuten waarna ik nog wat extra oefeningen doe. Er is elke week een nieuwe W.O.W. (Workout Of the Week) die weer net wat extra spieren doet trillen. Daarnaast zijn de Milon apparaten echt ideaal, stellen zich helemaal automatisch op je in en de trainers stellen bij aan de hand van jou bevindingen.
Ik ben zeer tevreden over de tot nu toe behaalde resultaten die ook goed te volgen zijn met een bijpassende app.
 At Slimfit there is a cozy atmosphere that motivates. This is partly due to Pia, Roy and Remy who provide the right feedback and a pleasant chat.
I train (usually) twice a week for 35 minutes, after which I do some extra exercises. There is a new W.O.W every week. (Workout Of the Week) that makes some extra muscles shake. In addition, the Milon devices are really ideal, adjust themselves to you completely automatically and the trainers adjust based on your findings.
I am very satisfied with the results achieved so far that can also be followed with a matching app.
