Nu 17 maanden later dient zich helaas een defect aan. Slot terug gestuurd en RMA aangevraagd op zaterdag. Dinsdag (drie dagen later) reeds een gloednieuw exemplaar ontvangen. Zonder enige vorm van discussie. Hier zouden veel web-winkeliers een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen. Het vertrouwen dat deze onderneming uitstraalt voor koop op afstand is bewonderings waardig.
