★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik heb het afgelopen half jaar het traject bij Joyce gevolgd. en dit heb ik als een groot succes ervaren. in het begin had ik erg mijn twijfels hierover maar nu het einde in zicht is wil ik haar een groot compliment geven! ik heb geleerd hoe ik mijn leefstijl kon veranderen en ben veel bewuster met eten om gegaan. Ik weet dat de crash diëten even helpen, maar niet op lange termijn. Maar dit is voor levenslang.
 I have followed Joyce's trajectory for the past six months. and I have experienced this as a great success. in the beginning I had my doubts about this but now that the end is in sight I want to give her a big compliment! I learned how to change my lifestyle and I was much more conscious about eating. I know the crash diets help for a while, but not in the long run. But this is for life.
