V	Voor Laan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na alle verhalen in het nieuws was ik terughoudend om een slotenmaker te bellen. Helaas zat er niks anders op. Aan de hand van reviews heb ik besloten om uwslotenmaker.nl te bellen. Prijs afgesproken en hij zou er binnen half uur komen. Na kwartiertje stond die er al en kon de deur meteen open. Uiteindelijk minder hoeven te betalen dan de afgesproken prijs! Omdat de deur zo makkelijk op kon met een kaartje. Ik raad iedereen aan om hiernaartoe te bellen als je ooit buitengesloten raakt. Er werd tegen mij gezegd dat een monteur onderweg was en dat hij er om 13:00 zou zijn. Na ruim een uur nog geen monteur. Ik had weer gebeld en ze zeiden dat hij er echt elk moment kon zijn. Om 15:00 nog steeds niemand. Na nog een telefoontje zei ze dat de monteur iets uitgelopen was bij zijn vorige klant. Uiteindelijk stond ik tot 16:30 in de kou op straat en toen pas kwam de monteur met het excuus ‘ja sorry, maandag ochtend en het begin van de middag is altijd druk’. Vervolgens een korte blik op mijn slot geworpen en kwam hij met een minimumprijs van 330 euro voor het uitboren van mijn huidige slot en het plaatsen van een nieuwe. Hiermee ging ik niet akkoord. Ik hoefde als ‘tegemoedkoming’ voor het feit dat ik 4 uur op ze heb gewacht niet de voorrijkosten te betalen.. uiteindelijk zelf mijn deur ingetrapt en de post gerepareerd, kostte een stuk minder dan 330 euro. Monteur vond ik niet erg prettig, zette me onder druk om thuis te zijn, omdat die in de buurt was. Ook zijn mening over Rusland- Oekraine beviel me niet, maar dat mag niet uitmaken. Very pricey for less than 10 minutes of work to replace the window lock. Work in itself and well done. I didn't like the mechanic very much, pressured me to be home because he was nearby. I also didn't like his opinion about Russia-Ukraine, but that shouldn't matter.
