★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaren voor een bedrijf gewerkt die gebruik maakt van dit systeem. Als je hulp nodig hebt van ze kunnen (zeggen ze) niets doen vanwege een autorisatie. Maar ondertussen kunnen zij alles zien, maar wat blijkt ook aanpassen. Waarom dan zoveel betalen voor een programma als het ergens anders goedkoper kan en veel beter geregeld is.
Worked for years for a company that uses this system. If you need help from them, they say they can't do anything because of an authorization. But in the meantime they can see everything, but what appears to adjust. Then why pay as much for a program as it can be cheaper elsewhere and is arranged much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart FMS maakt software waarmee bewindvoerders de bankrekeningen van hun cliënten beheren.
De software loopt vaak dagenlang achter, waardoor mensen niet in real time overzicht hebben van hun financiën. Het is absoluut niet van deze tijd, maar Smart fms is niet van zins daar iets aan te doen.
Daarbij is bij de laatste update van hun software een bug ingeslopen waardoor mensen niet meer in kunnen loggen. Ook de wachtwoord-vergeten optie werkt niet meer.
Ook hier is Smart fms niet van zins actie te ondernemen en schuift het probleem af op bewindvoerders die iets verkeerd zouden hebben ingevoerd in hun sfms-omgeving.
Onnodig te zeggen dat dat uiteraard niet het geval is.
Snart fms interesseert het niets of de daadwerkelijke eindgebruiker iets opschiet met hun product.
Ik mag u derhalve van harte afraden met dit antisociale bedrijf in zee te gaan.
Smart FMS creates software that administrators use to manage their clients' bank accounts.
The software often lags behind for days, so that people do not have a real-time overview of their finances. It is absolutely out of date, but Smart fms is not going to do anything about it.
In addition, a bug has crept into the latest update of their software, which prevents people from logging in. The forgot password option also no longer works.
Again, Smart fms does not intend to take action and the problem is shifted to administrators who would have entered something incorrectly in their sfms environment.
Needless to say, that is obviously not the case.
Snart fms does not care whether the actual end user gets along with their product.
I can therefore wholeheartedly advise you not to do business with this anti-social company.
