4 Jaar mijn auto in onderhoud gehad en totaal bijna 3000 euro betaald. Achteraf blijkt er bijna geen onderhoud gedaan te zijn.

Had my car serviced for 4 years and paid a total of almost 3000 euros. Afterwards, almost no maintenance appears to have been done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GEEN AANRADER! Lang in de auto gezeten, en geen begroeting bij aankomst, aan de telefoon klonk de eigenaar erg vriendelijk. Maar dat was zeker niet het geval. De klachten die wij hadden aan de smart waren al duidelijk, wij kwamen alleen voor een oplossing, die kon de meneer ons niet geven, wel heeft hij de auto uitgelezen (wat immers al gebeurd was), dit kostte ons maarliefst 40 euro... Alles voor niets, hij vertelde ons dat het stuur vervangen zou kunnen worden.. voor 600 euro(ex btw/ ex montage), wij hebben het stuur uiteindelijk laten vervangen bij BAS (budget auto service) voor 300 euro incl...
Ik raad u ten zeerste aan om direct naar BAS te gaan inplaats van dit bedrijf.
NOT RECOMMENDED! Seated in the car for a long time, and no greeting on arrival, the owner on the phone sounded very friendly. But that was certainly not the case. The complaints we had about the smart were already clear, we only came for a solution, the gentleman could not give us, but he did read the car (which had already happened), this cost us no less than 40 euros ... All for nothing, he told us that the steering wheel could be replaced .. for 600 euros (ex VAT / ex assembly), we eventually had the steering wheel replaced at BAS (budget car service) for 300 euros incl ...
I strongly recommend that you go directly to BAS instead of this company.
