De wanden en de vloer hebben we naadloos waterdicht laten stucen met Mortex (Beal) en het resultaat is gewoonweg prachtig! Als je nog een aannemer zoekt: dit is een aanrader! October-November 2017 have our bathroom completely renovated and decorated by Smart Idea and we are very happy with the result. We have seamlessly plastered the walls and the floor with Mortex (Beal) and the result is simply beautiful! If you are looking for another contractor: this is a must!

Betrokken en adviserend op een concrete manier waarbij je totaal ontzorgd wordt, waardoor je gewoon lekker kan blijven werken tijdens een verbouwing. Na een uitvoerige eerste offerte snappen ze gewoon wat je wilt. Dat kan luxe zijn of praktisch of bouwtechnische aanpassingen. Enige dat niet onderhandelbaar is de standaard hoge kwaliteit. An incredibly good contractor, someone who understands the profession and prefers himself to an all-round handyman. Involved and advising in a concrete way where you are totally unburdened, so that you can continue to work nicely during a renovation. After a detailed initial offer, they simply understand what you want. That can be a luxury or practical or structural adjustments. The only thing that is not negotiable is the high quality standard.

Het ziet er erg goed uit en mijn buren zijn zeer tevreden. Niet zo vreemd dat ik begin november 2017 Mart van Smart Idea heb benaderd. Dit voor doorbraak woonkamer - keuken, alle aanleg vooraf aan installatie nieuwe keuken en renoveren toilet in een jaren 30 - huis. De twee oriënteerde gesprekken verliepen heel prettig en een gedetailleerde prijsopgaaf was het resultaat. Daarbij heeft Mart goed naar mijn wensen geluisterd. Hij staat ook open, dat ik een deel van de voorbereiding op me nam. Hetgeen weer scheelde in de prijs. Door in een week hard te werken met zijn mannen, kan de keuken op 18 december geïnstalleerd worden. De monteur van de keuken maakt een compliment aan Piotr, dat hij in de 16 jaar, dat hij keukens monteerd, geen beter stucwerk is tegengekomen! Alles haaks, kaarsrecht met uitstekende finish. Na de kerst is de toilet aangepakt en de keuken afgewerkt, inclusief vloerverwarming. Wat een zegen. Het resultaat is geweldig en de werksfeer en tussenoverleggen waren top. Dank aan Smart Idea. Smart Idea has already carried out several renovations at four addresses in my street. I saw the result of 3. It looks very good and my neighbors are very satisfied. Not surprising that I approached Mart from Smart Idea in early November 2017. This for breakthrough living room - kitchen, all construction before installation of a new kitchen and renovation toilet in a 1930s house. The two oriented conversations went very well and a detailed quotation was the result. Mart listened carefully to my wishes. He is also open that I took part of the preparation. Which again made a difference in the price. By working hard with his men in a week, the kitchen can be installed on December 18. The kitchen mechanic would like to compliment Piotr for not encountering any better stucco in the 16 years that he has fitted kitchens! Everything perpendicular, straight with excellent finish. After Christmas, the toilet was tackled and the kitchen finished, including underfloor heating. What a blessing. The result is great and the working atmosphere and intermediate consultations were top notch. Thanks to Smart Idea.

Wat een fijn bedrijf. Contact en overleg met de klant is fantastisch. Kwaliteit en prijsverhouding zeer goed. Vakmensen in ons huis zeer vriendelijk, werken super netjes en ruimen alles heerlijk op. Wij zijn zeer tevreden. Toilet ziet er heel mooi en netjes afgewerkt uit. ? February 2020. We were looking for a contractor for our toilet and decided to work with Smart Idea because of the good reviews. We should have known this earlier. What a great company. Mart denkt in het voorstadium goed mee over alle (on)mogelijkheden. Heeft een praktische insteek en oog voor wat mooi wordt en wat niet. Ook over de uitvoering zijn we zeer tevreden: de mannen werken erg netjes (ruimen elke dag de boel op, en vegen alle stof en gruis netjes op!) en heel secuur. Prima lui om dagelijks over de vloer te hebben. Ze communiceren makkelijk en betrekken je als klant steeds bij alle stappen van het project. We zijn dan ook supertevreden over het resultaat. Smart Idea is een echte aanrader! First-class professionals! We have hired Smart Idea for the renovation of our bathroom. And that turned out to be a good idea. Mart thinks along well with all the (im) possibilities in the early stages. Has a practical approach and an eye for what is beautiful and what is not. We are also very satisfied with the implementation: the men work very nicely (tidy everything up every day, and sweep away all dust and grit neatly!) And very meticulously. Great people to visit every day. They communicate easily and always involve you as a customer in all steps of the project. We are therefore very satisfied with the result. I met five contractors over the course of a month in order to compare compatibility and bids. From the beginning of this process Mart stood out from the rest. He listened to my wishes and gave me a realistic picture of what I could expect. He worked hard to get the job, sending me several revised quotes and offering to do some work up front in order to increase the accuracy of the cost estimates. Once I chose Smart Idea, the work went full speed ahead. Mart was in constant contact, discussing every detail with me. I wanted a contractor to help me keep the big picture in mind, and Mart did this to an exceptional degree. Any problem or complication was dealt with immediately with respect and courtesy. I am very pleased with the high quality result. Of course anyone who has purchased an old home realizes the work never ends, and if I have any room for criticism it's that sometimes followup issues have dragged on and not been dealt with promptly. All in all, a recommended company.
