About Smart Personal Training

Bij het trainingstraject hoort ook een op maat samengesteld voedingsadvies om ervoor te zorgen dat je inname van voedsel past bij je verbranding.
Daarnaast bekijken we bij het plannen van de trainingen naar je complete weekindeling zodat jij op die manier het beste uit jezelf kan halen.

Naast activiteit is ontspannen en herstellen minstens zo belangrijk. Om blessures te voorkomen en overtraining tegen te gaan, is het minstens zo belangrijk om op tijd rust te nemen, passieve training te ondergaan of je spieren los te laten maken door onze sportmasseuse.

Wanneer je een evenwicht kunt bereiken tussen training, herstel, de juiste instelling, discipline en goede voeding zul je zeker je persoonlijke doel kunnen bereiken en zul je merken hoe fit je je gaat voelen zowel fysiek als psychisch.

My experience training with Tom is hardly summed up by a five star review. He is a professional, great trainer and conversationalist. He knows alot about food and health and would like to help you achieve your goals (he makes sure that they are realistic) in any way. I”ve learned alot about training, food and health. Furthermore, the group lessons are kick ass, your should definitely try the classes on tuesday and thursday!

I am really glad that I found Smart Personal Training. Tom is very communicative, motivating and makes every session fun and interesting. So far every session has been different and unpredictable, in a good way. He also made a personalized nutritional plan according to my goals and regularly checks the progress. What I also like is that he keeps note of every exercise you do - how much weight, how many sets and ensures that a proper form is maintained all the time. Most importantly, I can see the results and is fun to train with. I would highly recommend Smart Personal Training.

For me, joining Smart Personal Training was a life changing experience. Dally has been an amazing source of support, encouragement and inspiration throughout my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to her I know see exercise in whole different light. Training with Dally is always fun and challenging in the best possible way. The same goes for the group lessons. There are no words to express how grateful and happy I am for joining this gym and I would absolutely recommend it to others!

I completed my 52 personal training and it was amazing. I have also been to small group and I really enjoyed that I am keeping it. My goals was to mainly regain my strength after a surgery, mobility, loose weight and power for my outside activity. Even with corona which has been hard to keep up my motivation, the trainer (Luuc) kept checking on me and give me home Workout with the materials I have at home. Also, I could follow the online workout from all the trainers to stay active too. At the end, I achieved all my goals, gain a lot of knowledges also in how to make correct movements and how to keep going on. So I definitely recommend them and thank them for the support, the motivation and challenging me. I can also do pull ups finally ??

Smart Personal Training is excellent! All of the trainers are so friendly and make exercising fun. My trainer, Dally, is amazing and I couldn't have asked for someone better to train with - she is encouraging, pushes me in a positive way, and takes a personal interest to make sure I am making healthy choices in my eating and workouts. The gym itself is spacious, always very clean, and a nice sporting environment. I always looked forward to going to my training sessions with Dally, she has made me enjoy exercising! The group lessons that Smart offers are also very good and fun, it's nice that you can have some variety in classes every day. Overall I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for group lessons or for a trainer - they are the best!

I have recently completed my 10weeks challenge here. Justin Figaroa was my personal trainer. Justin helped me to reach my goal with good nutrional plan/advice and helped me with the strength trainings. Throughout this 10weeks, other than just lifting weights, I have gained good knowledge about fitness and building healthy nutrional plan for myself. Justin always advices with a long term vision. Instead of doing best only for the 10weeks, I have been guided in a sustainable way to be fit and maintain my fitness. Not just Justin, all the other trainers are quite patient and helpful in the group lessons. I was initially skeptical being non-dutch to join the group lessons. But, I enjoyed every classes with good instructions from the trainers. They were patient enough to clear my doubts during my workout and motivated me to bring the best!
