Stelletje boeven zijn het met hun principiële geneuzel. What an incredibly dramatic company. Madam is brutal on the phone and they haven't heard of empathy here either. It is a bunch of crooks with their basic nonsense.

Een van de basisregels van Smart Start Notary is dat we een minimale doorlooptermijn voor een dossier aanhouden van 1 maand. Dit doen we (1) om te kunnen voldoen aan de termijnen die bij een dossier betrokken banken hanteren, (2) om voldoende tijd te hebben om het dossier te kunnen behandelen en onze cliënten ruim voor de gemaakte afspraak alle informatie te kunnen toezenden en (3) om de kosten voor onze cliënten zo laag mogelijk te houden. Cliënten kiezen immers voor Smart Start Notary omdat wij een kwalitatief goede dienstverlening bieden tegen de laagst mogelijke kosten. Wij kunnen die slechts bieden als wij aan onze termijn kunnen van 1 maand kunnen vasthouden en bieden onze cliënten die sneller willen passeren de optie om (zonder kosten) te switchen naar een andere notaris. Uiteraard hebben wij diverse vriendelijke pogingen ondernomen om de heer Parrera het bovenstaande uit te leggen. Het is jammer dat hij desondanks niet wil aannemen of begrijpen dat de doorloop snelheid en het lage tarief onderdeel zijn van ons concept. Gelukkig zijn nagenoeg al onze cliënten zeer te spreken over onze dienstverlening. One of the basic rules of Smart Start Notary is that we maintain a minimum processing time for a file of 1 month. We do this (1) in order to comply with the terms that the banks involved in a file apply, (2) to have sufficient time to process the file and to be able to send all information to our clients well in advance of the appointment made and ( 3) to keep costs as low as possible for our clients. After all, clients choose Smart Start Notary because we offer high-quality service at the lowest possible cost. We can only offer this if we can stick to our term of 1 month and offer our clients who want to pass faster the option to switch (without costs) to another notary. We have, of course, made several friendly attempts to explain the above to Mr Parrera. It is a pity that he nevertheless does not want to assume or understand that the throughput speed and the low rate are part of our concept. C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima notaris voor mijn hypotheek. Alles gaat digitaal(behalve tekenen natuurlijk) en je kan niet bellen maar dat weet je van tevoren. Is ook echt geen probleem. Great notary for my mortgage. Everything is digital (except drawing of course) and you can't call, but you know that in advance. Not really a problem either.

Aangezien die 90% van alle taken uitvoeren, heb ik besloten om deze notaris niet meer te gebruiken voor mijn (vastgoed) transacties. Enkele voorbeelden: makelaar kreeg na 3 emails nog geen reactie, er werden overbodige vragen gesteld om herkomst van gelden vast te stellen, verkopers hadden geen volmacht ontvangen etc. Ik heb als bankier veel contacten met notarissen, maar dit is echt ver beneden gemiddeld. Notary is correct, but the support is really a drama. Since they perform 90% of all tasks, I have decided to no longer use this notary for my (real estate) transactions. Some examples: broker did not receive a response after 3 emails, unnecessary questions were asked to determine the origin of funds, sellers had not received a power of attorney, etc. As a banker I have many contacts with notaries, but this is really far below average.
