Diverse fysiotherapeuten met verschillende specialisaties, voor mij als redelijk fanatiek sporter is er altijd wel iemand die me goed kan helpen. Good practice with multiple locations in Leiden, sufficient fitness equipment for exercises. Various physiotherapists with different specializations, for me as a reasonably fanatic athlete there is always someone who can help me well.

J	Jan Smit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je de naam SMC (Sport Medisch Centrum) hebt en je neemt inspanningstesten af dan geef je een verkeerd signaal aan je klanten als je alleen een fysiotherapiepraktijk bent. Dit bleek eigenlijk ook wel uit de kennis- en kunde van de behandelend arts, gewoon een fysio. Hij deed het op zich prima en de test wordt degelijk afgenomen. De analyse is prima, maar mist enige diepte. Ze hanteren bepaalde principes uit de bewegingswetenschappen maar geven niet aan waarom ze deze gebruiken en niet bijvoorbeeld Zoladz. Het is nogal vervelend als je ergens anders de test kunt laten afnemen, door een sportarts, en de verzekeraar het wel vergoed en bij dit SMC, wat dus geen SMC is, je geen vergoeding krijgt van je verzekeraar. Dit speelt overigens niet bij alle verzekeraars, maar check dit dus van te voren. De naamgeving van de organisatie is verwarrend en dat is iets waar je als klant rekening mee moet houden. De organisatie stelt je niet op de hoogte van het feit dat het geen officieel SMC is en dat is voor mij een reden om iedereen te adviseren goed te checken of het vergoed kan worden door de verzekeraar (DSW niet, Zilveren Kruis wel). Kwaliteit is oke, prijs is behoorlijk hoog voor een fysiotherapeut. Let dus op of het wordt vergoed door verzekeraar!! If you are called SMC (Sport Medical Center) and you take exercise tests, then you are sending the wrong signal to your clients if you are only a physiotherapy practice. This was actually also evident from the knowledge and skills of the attending physician, just a physiotherapist. He did fine in itself and the test is conducted properly. The analysis is fine, but lacks some depth. They apply certain principles from the movement sciences but do not indicate why they use them and not, for example, Zoladz. It is quite annoying if you can have the test taken elsewhere, by a sports doctor, and the insurer will reimburse it and with this SMC, which is not an SMC, you will not receive any reimbursement from your insurer. This does not apply to all insurers, but check this in advance. The naming of the organization is confusing and that is something that you as a customer have to take into account. The organization does not inform you of the fact that it is not an official SMC and that is a reason for me to advise everyone to check carefully whether it can be reimbursed by the insurer (not DSW, but Zilveren Kruis). Quality is okay, price is quite high for a physiotherapist. So check whether it is reimbursed by the insurer !!
